Have not tryed any other of their programs. That is the only nice thing to have, but is true that I'm sure you could find more in YT to follow along. I can not do it everyday so still haven't finish the whole set of bonus live vids, but eventually will. But I was expecting something else before I bought. This I have found very helpful so I can follow along at home, but mostly I put in the car in my afternoon commute (not using the vag device there!) and I can do some guided pelvic floor exercises while I drive. So Sharny, I guess during the pandemic, did a 2 week super informal "live" meetings and now they are there in the program for you to follow. Yes, they are a bit informal and you are encouraged to get a vaginal ball, egg or yoni egg, they try selling you a nice obsidian kit, but I am using a silicone one I already had from farmacy chain. Then after been able to see all the videos, finally reached the "bonus" section with the actual exercises and visualizations. I thought I was buying an exercises program. I found a bit confusing all the videos at the beginning.
